We call you and email you a plan specific to you and your child/ babies needs.
We give you the strategies to follow to help your baby / child learn to self settle to sleep.
You will receive stage appropriate ROUTINES.
You will have a 1 hour Phone Consultation and 2 followup phone calls to tweek your plan and have a catchup on your progress.
