I started babysleepeze in 2009 as she was working at an Early Parenting Centre. ‘I saw how families were struggling with getting their babies to settle to sleep ‘. I wanted to help families and babies learn self settling techniques which will enable everyone in the family learn to have a good night sleep.

My Program respects families beliefs and will incorporate these beliefs into each INDIVIDUALLY TAILORED PLAN. Myself and staff EMBRACE A PHILOSOPHY that babies need their sleep and with a consistent Routine tailored to each babies needs and strategies which are gentle and easy to follow by families is the answer to sleep issues.

we do not practise Controlled Crying as I feel this can be a lack of trust as the baby learns that they are left to cry themselves to sleep. We embrace Responsive Settling techniques which are respectful of your babies needs and is a gentle approach to sleep.

I have also written an ebook called ‘Secrets to Successful sleeping’, which can be purchased for $30. it explains babies Routines, detailed age appropriate settlings techniques and an easy sleep plan to follow to achieve good sleep patterns.
